C&rsquo;est la cl\u00e9 pour avoir la bonne conversation avec les bonnes personnes.<\/p>\n<p>Le droit du travail britannique \u00e9volue rapidement : la loi de 2025 sur les droits en mati\u00e8re d&#8217;emploi (Employment Rights Act 2025) apporte des changements radicaux aux contrats, au droit du licenciement et aux conditions d&#8217;emploi. Savoir ce que ces changements signifient pour votre position en tant qu&#8217;employeur fera la diff\u00e9rence entre un bon d\u00e9part et une erreur co\u00fbteuse.<\/p>\n<p>En outre, le march\u00e9 du travail reste l&rsquo;un des plus volatils d&rsquo;Europe. Les bons professionnels ont le choix. Une histoire d&#8217;employeur forte, des perspectives de croissance claires et un processus de prise de d\u00e9cision rapide ne sont donc pas un pis-aller.
